Je suis où là, je viens de faire quoi?

Ben il y a deux jours, je me suis vraiment demandée ces questions! Je suis arrivée en haut de “La Ramirole” sans etre tombée une seule fois, olala, le flash!

Alors en gros, j’ai dû travailler 3 jours et après un bon jour de repos, j’ai pu enchaîner toutes les 5 longueurs du premier coup. Mais pour être honnête, il faisait un froid de cannards! 3 degrés et un vent de fou, putain, je sentais ni les mains ni les pieds. Mais au moins ça collait!;-)

En tout cas, un grand grand merci à Adi, qui m’a assuré comme un glaçon gelé, à Martina Cufar pour m’avoir montré cette voie et pour m’avoir surmotivé, à Sam Bié pour des photos magnifiques et à Matthias, qui en a trop chié pour faire du jumar dans ce grand dévers!

Cette voie de 150 mètres est vraiment sublime! Je la conseille à tous, sauf aux grosse vaches parce que chaque longeur déverse au moins 25 mètres sur 35…..;-)

Voilà, de nouveau je me retrouve dans la belle France, en ce moment au Verdon. Et alors je peut dire une chose, ça déchire!!!!! Il fait tellement beau ici, des couleurs de ouf et la grimpe, olàlà!

En effet il y a Martina Cufar qui m’a motivée d’aller essaier la Ramirole. C’est dans le meme mur comme Ultime Démence. Elle fait aussi 5 longeurs: 8a+/8b, 8a, 8b, 8a+ et 7a. Alors je peut vous dire que c’est la voie la plus magnifiques au Verdo!!!! Je suis fan fan fan!!!

Le 2ème jours j’ai déjà failli enchainer, j’étais trop con! Mais bon, ça serait été un peu gros aussi….haha….:-)
Alors, un bon jour de repos aujourd’hui et demain attaque!!!!! Jupiiii, j’ai hate hate hate!!!!!

Last week I climbed ‘Sunny  Boy, 8b+’ in only five trys. This route is in Engelberg, or better on the beautiful ‘Bauch’ sector. This route is really really nice and my perfect climbing style! Little crimps in a steep wall, huge static blockage mouves and really resistant.
Already the week before I climbed there an 8b in 4 trys. Completly different: long, powerfully and dynamic moves, little roofes and mantles, it was like a ‘bijoux’ and for me much harder than the 8b+. Ahhhhh, I loved the flash feeling when I clipped the chains, I missed it and I will more!!!!

The last month I haven’t had such a lot of time for rock climbing and I missed it so much! I had to work a lot as route setter in a climbing gym in my village, a lot of sponsoring discussions and for shure I had to train to push my 7a level after Kirgistan a little bit higher!;-)

But finally everything is well done and I will leave tomorrow for 6 weeks to France and Spain. First Aix en Provence to join my best friend Mélissa LeNevé and then Verdon. There is toooo much to do, my god….and then moving to Spain for the next Petzl Roc trip. On the 2 of November I will be on the Mountain Film Festival in Grenoble. There will finally be showed the Argentinia video and also the film of my expedition in Kirgistan. Hope I will see you there!

Ist zwar schon ein weilchen her, aber trotzdem noch erwähnenswert. Vor gut 3 Wochen feierte das Kletterzentrum Gaswerk in Schlieren sein 15 jähriges Jubiläum.

Ein ziemlich spezieller Anlass, mit einem Programm kreuz und queer durch die Kletterwelt, oder mehr oder weniger. Von Kinderteather ( was ein bisschen too much war) über Erbsencomic-komiker, vom poesieren vom Herrn Graham über ganz anständige schweizer Reden von Patrik Hilber und Marco Geiser und ja auch noch vom Showklettern zu anständigen Zeiten über Kletterfreaks die um 3 Uhr Morgens ihrer Kletterlust nicht mehr wiederstehen konnten und noch alle Routen probieren mussten! (Zähle natürlich auch zu denen und eigentlich geht das Nachtmorgenklettern noch ziemlich ziemlich gut!)

Dem ganzen Gaswerkteam möchte ich einfach ein grosses Dankeschön sagen! Sie sehen wirklich was es heisst, vom Klettern leben zu wollen und rechnen einem das hoch an, wenn man seiner Passion nachgeht.

Urbanclimbing in Zürich war unsere erste gemeinsame Arbeit. Eine Schaar Bünder machte die ganze Stadt unsicher und das Endprodukt ist ein absolut genialer Kalender, den es im Gaswerk zu kaufen gibt und natürlich alle Bilder von Stefan Schlumpf.

Das Zweite ‘Produkt’ waren dann ganz edle Schwarzweissposter und Karten vom Schweizermeister Martin Jaggi und mir, auch zu sehen im Gaswerk.
